Important Shipping Information
It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the shipping carton (box) and spa cover for damages, before signing for the shipment. Please note on the “freight bill” any damage to the carton such as, puncture holes, crushed ends or sides, torn corners, skid marks, etc. Please make certain that the truck driver is aware that you have written the noted damage on the freight bill before signing it. (DENTED FOAM CORES, SCUFF MARKS, OR SCRATCHES TO THE VINYL ARE CONSIDERED ACCEPTABLE AND ARE NOT TO BE RETURNED)
Failure to note such damage to the carton or spa cover will release Texas Spa Covers from any responsibility for possible freight damage or concealed freight damage claims. The claims will then be your responsibility to file with the freight carrier.
NOTE ANY FREIGHT DAMAGE TO CARTON ON THE FREIGHT BILL!!
REFUSE ACCEPTANCE OF ANY SPA COVER KNOWN TO BE DAMAGED!!
IF YOU HAVE ORDERED COVER LIFTERS, NATURE 2 PURIFIERS, OR VINYLEX PROTECTANT, PLEASE CHECK INSIDE THE BOX FOR ITEM. IF MISSING NOTE IT ON THE FREIGHT BILL BEFORE ACCEPTING!
Please report all damages to Texas Spa Covers immediately; if you do not report it, it will take longer for a replacement to get to you. You cannot rely on the freight companies to contact us.
