THE SPA COVERS ASAP '5 STEPS TO PERFECTION'
Step One
Precision Foam Cutting
Solid, high density virgin (not recycled) foam construction tapered 4" to 2" or 4" to 3", 3" Flat for indoor use is cut with precision, hot wire cutter.
Full width extruded aluminum 'C' channel reinforcement across width of cover is added.
Step Two
Foam Sealing
Foam is encapsulated in a 4 mil virgin plastic sealed tube specially formulated to prevent water absorption.
Double Wrapped Core is available as an option.
Step Three
Vinyl Cutting
Highest quality premium grade marine vinyl with UV and mildew prohibitors is precision cut using advanced, computerized cutter.
Step Four
Laminating
Double layered top stitching. Bottom material is double laminate, constructed with polyester webbing sandwiched between solid vinyl laminate.
Sealtight perimeter skirting is added in lengths up to 12 inches.
Step Five
The Final Touches
Final touches are added including: Reinforced grip handles. Tie down straps with keyed buckle locks are standard on all covers.
Triple reinforced folded hinge with sewn edge. Adjustable vapor lock padded fingers between hinged sections to prevent heat loss.
